SHARD JACKET 블랙 컬러와 소재만 다른 동일한 제품입니다.

[ Exchange and Return Information ]

· After ordering, it is impossible to add products before/after delivery, change the color of the same product, or exchange other products.

· If you want to add or exchange a product, please cancel/return and place a new order.

· When returning the product, you must return the product in its original packaging, and only if there is no sign of wear and no odor.

Also, if the tag is removed, it is considered a worn item and cannot be exchanged or returned.

· If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product. Within 7 days from the date of receipt, you must send the product with packing fee of 5,000 won including shipping cost prepaid using a personal courier company, and send the return-related waybill information to Instagram @nagiarchive. If the deadline is exceeded, the return request will be rejected.

· When the product collection is complete, you can receive a full refund within 14 days, and a message will be sent via DM when the return is complete.

· In case of deposit without bankbook, please indicate the account to be refunded and the name of the account holder.

[ 교환 및 반품 안내 ]

· 주문 이후 배송전/후 상품추가, 동일상품 색상 변경, 타상품 교환 불가합니다.

· 상품추가 및 교환을 원하신다면 취소/반품 후 신규 주문 부탁 드립니다.

· 반품 시 최초 포장된 상태 그대로의 제품을 보내주셔야 하며, 착용 흔적이 없고 냄새가 베이지 않은 경우에만 가능합니다. 

또한 택 제거 시 착용 상품으로 간주되어 교환 및 반품이 불가능합니다.

· 상품에 불만족 시, 고객님께서 상품 수령 후 3일 이내에 반품 신청이 가능합니다. 수령일 기준  7일 이내에 배송비 포함 패킹 비용 5,000원 을 동봉한 상품을 개인 택배사를 이용하여 선불로 보내주셔야 하며, 반송 관련 운송장 정보를 인스타그램 @nagiarchive 로 보내주셔야 합니다. 기한 초과 시 반품 요청이 거절됩니다.

· 상품 회수가 완료되면 14일 이내에 전액을 환불받으실 수 있으며 반품 완료 시에 DM을 통해서 안내 메시지 보내드립니다. 

· 무통장 입금의 경우 환불 받으실 계좌와 예금주명을 함께 기재해주시기 바랍니다.
